pH-Fix strips carry an indicator covalently bound to the test field, thanks to MACHEREY-NAGEL patented technology. This keeps the dye from bleeding into the sample, removing the risk of contamination even if the strip stays submerged for an extended time.
Just dip the strip and compare the result against the colour scale printed on the pack, designed for a sharp, intuitive reading. The extra-long, hydrophobic plastic handle keeps the user away from contact with hazardous or aggressive samples, and allows measurement in deep or narrow-mouthed vessels.
Beyond visual reading, the strips can be evaluated with the QUANTOFIX Relax reader, which logs results automatically and digitally.
