Water hardness decides whether equipment scales up, whether detergent works, and whether a boiler, a dishwasher or a cooling circuit needs softening. AQUADUR strips read it in degrees of German hardness (°dH) in about a minute, at the tap.
Hardness varies by source and by season, and the consequences compound quietly. Scale on a heating element cuts efficiency long before it causes a failure. A quat sanitiser mixed to label strength in hard water tests below range. Detergent dosed for soft water simply does not clean. None of that announces itself; a strip does.

The Sensitive grade is the one to specify for verifying that a softener is actually working: the standard ranges cannot resolve the low end, so a softener that has stopped regenerating reads the same as one that is fine.
Boxed strips for bench use, individually sealed strips where humidity would otherwise spoil an open box, bulk boxes of 5000 for routine monitoring, and complete test sets.
