General Purpose pH Electrode Cleaning Solution (500 mL)

Hanna Instruments general purpose cleaning solution for pH electrodes. The most common cause of inaccurate readings is a dirty or improperly cleaned electrode: during calibration the meter assumes the electrode is clean, and if it is not, measurements come out wrong.

Cleaning the electrode is a quick routine that should be done regularly, as a preventive measure and to make sure the junction is not clogged. Simply soaking it in the solution for 15 to 20 minutes dissolves mineral deposits and other coatings.
