The DeltaTrak FlashCheck Lollipop 11050 is a digital pocket thermometer for checking food temperatures in restaurants, commercial kitchens, distribution centers, cold storage and processing plants. It measures from -40 °C to 155 °C, and its reduced-tip probe accurately measures thin foods such as beef patties and chicken or fish fillets, in line with the FDA Food Code (4-302.12 B).
The ABS plastic housing contains an antimicrobial additive that inhibits bacteria, mold and fungus, and the sealed one-piece design stands up to washing. It comes with a NIST-traceable calibration certificate.
